She can tell, yes, even if she doesn't know precisely what's going through his head. She kisses him like she wants him, yes, but it's more than that. She kisses him like she LOVES him, because she does. (It makes no logical sense, and she couldn't name the feeling in her soul right now if she tried, but that doesn't make the love FALSE.)
