Dragons who are broodmates can speak to one another mind to mind, are in some ways a single being. Their souls are entangled together life after life. Kreyu should not be able to reach out and touch anyone else's mind that way.

She has, she will, pull her brother back from the madness of Taint this way with Elihu's aid. Reaching Skellig is far, far easier.
