Kissing helps - kissing keeps him centered, keeps his mind focused just enough - but his responses are delayed and a little weak, as he pants against her mouth between kisses.

He's rambling and he knows it, but he can't seem to find the 'off' switch for his mouth unless she's kissing him, and when she's kissing him he is still struggling a bit to catch his breath.
