Momentarily he is slightly startled, when she somehow shifts her position on his lap quicker than he can even truly understand what is happening (but he doesn't need to complain about it, because he likes it) but her fingers are weaving gently into his feathers.

He likes that, too.

"Always willing to help teach you what I like," he mutters playfully. "Though by this point, you have leaned most of what drives me wild..."

There may be a few secrets yet to be discovered - some he likely doesn't even know himself, yet. He nibbles lightly on her neck as she twirls one of his feathers with her fingertip, exhaling happily.
