OOM All Skate Skellig Dream Magic Weirdness -Part Seven
It turns out that 'guarding the lair' involves more than just staying in one place. Kreyu has a goal today of scouting outside their borders, looking for possible trouble.
Given that Skellig can't speak the local language, yet, they're not trying to pass as locals. Skellig is just wearing a kilt as they stalk through the forest.
The wilderness is truly wild here, only barely touched by humans. Beasts of all kinds live in these woods, wolves, deer, boars, birds, rabbits, and more.

"Never felt strong," she admits. "Always been the weakest one." Of the brood, that is.

His kisses follow the path that brings her the most pleasure, coaxing the motion from her body as he nibbles and sucks at her skin.
"You are strong mentally, your fortitude. Your commitment to your brethren and your friends...your love with me," he adds. "That is not to be overlooked. You are so very, very strong. I look up to you for it."
no subject
"Flattery," she tells him. (That's not a complaint, though. She's finding she likes praise from Skellig.) Her reply is interrupted by a low moan as he sucks at a particularly sensitive spot on her right hip. "You, strong soul, strong heart. Light after Dark."
If he wasn't working to drive her toward an orgasm, that explanation would probably be more coherent.
no subject
His goal is most definitely coaxing an orgasm out of her, so her coherency is not his priority. He sucks again at that spot on her hip before kissing his way down along the topside of her right thigh, settling his body between her legs and his face near her cunt. He knows where she'd like his mouth to work at her body, and he'll get there, eventually...
no subject
There are no words now, just the sound of her heart, her breaths, the noises of pleasure she's making.
no subject
He can tell her mind is drifting slightly off towards the bliss of ecstasy, so he does not hesitate much longer in giving her what she truly wants from him - his mouth on her arousal, using his lips and tongue to pleasure her - and his wings coming up to rest on her upper body (and within reach of her hands, should she choose to bury her fingers in his feathers instead of his hair) possessively.
no subject
She buries her fingers in his wings where they rest on her upper body, to hold herself steady in the rising storm of pleasure and to give HIM pleasure too.
"Skellig," she gasps, body beginning to quiver under his mouth, his wings.
no subject
Groaning his acknowledgement, his gratitude - knowing that the vibrations of that groan will work to push her further towards orgasm - is all part of his plan. (Granted: His plan is simply 'pleasure her', and fucking her with his mouth and tongue is a big part of that plan.)
He knows she is close, he can feel it in her muscles, so he reaches up one of his hands to take hers in his grasp, interlocking their fingers.
Together.
no subject
She squeezes his hand a little as she can feel the orgasm coming. She comes with a wordless cry, waves of pleasure rolling through her body.
She's panting, sweaty, flushed with afterglow.
no subject
(And not-so-secretly, he loves being used as her 'body pillow' after sex.)

Morning leads to a wash, and application of balm to poor Skellig's skin.
"It's best to save a bit of dough, when you make bread, to start the next batch," she explains, adding flour and water to a bit of dough saved from the batch that will be today's bread. "You can make bread without it, but it tends to taste slightly sour and takes much longer to rise." A sourdough, in other words.
no subject
"It seems simple enough," he admits. "But I doubt that it truly is." After all, he saw the 'failed' attempt from the other day that turned out more like a flatbread versus the 'traditional' bread he is more familiar with. Both tasted good, however!
He is curious as to what the rest of her plans are for breakfast, glancing over the ingredients she's gotten out. He would help, however she would ask him to.
no subject
Some of the leftover vegetable and bean 'sauce' from last night is out, as well as cheese and leftover flatbread. "Would you mind tearing those breads there into little pieces for me?"
no subject
"I am sure in time I'll have enough practice," he says idly as he works. "Once we return to the village and you have women to call upon, I would like to be able to ensure we are both fed without you having to do the bulk of the effort on every occasion. The same goes for planting and harvest."
no subject
She shapes the dough for this morning's bread, which will be used like a spoon to scoop up the vegetable and lentil mixture. "They will be glad for your help in the fields, very glad. We will need as many strong, healthy hands as we can get."
She grimaces for a moment, only a flicker. "And they would be short a man, without you." Akatan had many faults but he was young, strong, put in more than his fair share of work.
no subject
He does not say and I will work harder than the man they 'lost', but he thinks it to himself. It is not a thought meant to prove a point (not entirely) but simply a fact. He has added abilities, and he will use them as he's able.
Finishing tearing the bread, he hands it over to her.
"It is so...strange to me," he says. "The sense of community that I have witnessed in the village. It truly is an effort to care for all members of the tribe. It is...different." And while he cannot remember all of the details of Before, he knows it was not that way.
no subject
She'll use the bread to thicken up the bean and vegetable mixture, make it more readily scooped up.
"Is it?" Kreyu asks, surprised. "Everyone knows everyone else, there, and survival depends on everyone working together. Even in the cities, like Amikaya or the capital we visited on this island, the temples and other public places offer food and shelter to any in need, if they have not been taken care of already by those in the neighborhoods they frequent."
She starts placing the dough on a heated, oiled, stone. "Life is precious, precarious. When even a king must expect to see half of his children die from disease or accident before they are grown, to lose a wife in childbirth....."
no subject
"I know that not everyone was on their own," he corrects himself. "I suspect that there was some aid available, to those who were in need. But not to the extent that I have seen it here."
He offers a hint of a smile.
"It is...refreshing to see. Life is precious, precarious," he echoes her, with another nod. "People get a better chance if they are willing to extend a hand to another."
no subject
"Dragons, we don't work well together. Except broodmates, most of the time."
Her smile turns wry. "We're very rare, of course, but on top of that we tend to fight with one another, steal from one another. Our hunger for karma is never entirely sated, after all."
no subject
There is a hint of genuine concern in his voice - mostly because he knows that he would be practically useless if another DRAGON attempted to barge into this territory and would seek to battle with Kreyu.
He would try to fight, of course, but it would likely...end badly.
no subject
"We should be safe enough, at least until Heka is flesh again."
no subject
"Sound logic," he says.
His attention shifts to the flatbread, which is stubbornly threatening to singe at one edge again. He signals at it with his eyes, which she picks up on to keep it from burning.
no subject
"And done, though we should let these cool a few minutes so we don't burn our mouths. Would you like some cheese?"
There's melon left too, and wine. It's a very...domestic morning.
no subject
"Cheese would be good with it, I think." He hops up, moving to where he believes it is kept, finds it (and the wine) after minimal searching and returns with it to the table. "Although it would be fine as it is also, I have never had a bad meal cooked by your hand."
no subject
"I'm thinking about rummaging through Elihu's stash here at the Lair, he mentioned something about a new spell to help with learning languages. Won't help with the written portion, but might help you be able to understand the spoken."
