Kreyu climbs up after him, more careful with her movements. There is a relatively flat space that both of them could stretch out on in the middle of the branches, over the trees central trunk. Old it may be, but the wood is still vital, strong, will readily support their weight.
They are ALSO far enough from the city and high up enough off the ground that they are quite hidden from any outside observers.
