She has every right (and then some) to be smug and pleased in regards to his pleasure - she is the only one who can make him feel this good, the only one he wants to make him feel this good.
Once she's finished, and he's caught his breath, he shifts his position slightly on the bed and coaxes her up to her feet.
And then his smile turns to a smirk and he gently 'flips' their positions, pouncing on her so that she is leaned back against the bed, and it is him that is positioned between her legs.
