OOM All Skate Skellig Dream Magic Weirdness -Part 10
Kreyu has taken a different shape than is usual for her. A dragon, yes, but one of quite different build and coloration!
This shape is more serpentine, although it still has four legs and wings. Her body and her wings are covered in feathers that are all the colors of the rainbow. She fusses with some of her wing feathers, the claws of this shape far smaller, as dexterous as human hands.
"How do I look?" she asks, a little nervous about her appearance.

The wind has blown the leaves into piles near the edge of the forest. She steps into the piles and the leaves make the most satisfying crunching sounds, just the right state of dryness!
She laughs, delighted, at the sound. Crunch, crunch, crunch! On a whim, she flings herself into a pile of leaves, feels them crackle under her weight, cushion her leap. She's smiling so wide, looking up at him from the leaf pile.

(Her energetic nature is feeding his Light, her joy spreading to him.)
"That looks fun," he says, before he jumps as well - though his landing is more of a 'pounce' even as he cushions himself from hurting her as he straddles his body atop bers, leaning down for a kiss.
no subject
The sound of the leaves crunching, her heart, her breath , crisp autumn air carrying a whiff of apple cider and wood smoke, sunlight filtering through the leaves onto them into shifting patterns. The magic of Autumn.

"I think I will enjoy getting to explore these woods with you," he breathes gently against her lips as he presses gentle, lingering kisses. "Find other places like this to hide with one another, curl up among the trees, just us..."
no subject
"I like the sound of that," she whispers. "We could go and find a place to hide now, if you wanted? Plenty of hours left before it gets dark."
no subject
"That sounds like a lovely way to welcome ourselves, get adjusted to this climate..." He raises his body off hers, offers a hand to help her up.

They wander a while, following a deer trail through the forest, until they reach a truly massive oak tree. It must be very old indeed, to have grown this big.
She peers up through the branches. "I think there's a kind of hollow in the middle of those branches if we wanted to hide up there?"
no subject
Skellig glances up. "But that will not stop me. A fine place for a nest..." He 'hops' up to the first branch, the feeling familiar beneath his hands of rough bark to grip.
no subject
They are ALSO far enough from the city and high up enough off the ground that they are quite hidden from any outside observers.
no subject
"It's as if it were made for us," he says, settling down and shifting his body to get comfortable - it can be her turn to sprawl on him.
no subject
The sound of the rustling leaves is soothing, and with Skellig warm, beloved, and familiar beneath her, she could quite easily nap here. She nuzzles his neck, inhales the scents of his new clothes mixed with Skellig's own scent.
no subject
A nap is definitely one thing that they could manage to start off with...especially after all her effort expended in getting them here. "I would hold you, we will not fall from here, if you would rest with me a while. The sun is just right, and your body against mine..."

The wind rustles through the leaves, birds call to one another. Somewhere, two squirrels are quarreling over some acorns.
It won't be long before she drifts off to sleep for a bit of a nap.
no subject
Her body weight against him is a familiar waypoint, as is her heartbeat, her breathing pattern. At some point, he allows himself to drift, but it is very, very light - he is stable here in the tree, but he is also on 'watch' duty in this new environment.
He does rest, though.
no subject
She kisses his neck before she opens her eyes. "Hello, love. I had a good rest, thanks to you."
no subject
An advantage to being able to follow faint deer trails and sense which trees might be best suited for a hideaway!
"Will still need a real bed to fully recover, but this is a very nice start."
no subject
She shifts her position enough that she can kiss him on the lips, gentle and lingering. "More intoxicating than wine, sweeter than honey," she whispers against his lips when she has to pause for breath.
no subject
"My dragon is the finest drug, one I crave constantly..."
no subject
"Then perhaps you should take me, satisfy your craving?" she suggests. One hand seeks what feathers she can reach, the other strokes his side.
no subject
His skin jumps beneath her fingertips as she runs her hand over his ribs, his feathers rustling against the leaves.
"We will have to be careful to not get too rowdy..." He muses, leaning up to catch her mouth in a kiss, this one deeper than the others they've shared so far.
no subject
"Slow and steady," she suggests before he catches her mouth in a kiss. Then, she's much too busy kissing him deeply to speak.
Her hands stroke his sides, tease his feathers, as they kiss, bodies pressed together. She feels quite warm, despite the chill in the air.
no subject
Breathing...while important, means less time to kiss. So he only breaks when it is absolutely necessary, and as he pants softly he allows his fingertips to wander, slipping beneath the hem of the soft wool shirt she picked out to seek out her breasts.
"Slow and steady."
no subject
Her hand slips under HIS shirt, to run her fingers over his skin along his ribs Is she teasing his feathers a little more too? Maybe.
Deep, lingering, kisses feel better than speaking right now.
